If l, m are collinear vectors then l = λ m

⇒ (2x +1)a - b = λ[ (x-2)a + b
]

a)
Given that 5 + 17 + 29 + 41 +.......to 20 terms

d = 17 - 5 = 29 - 17 = .........= 12

So that It is in A.P.
