If an angle is 30 degree more than one half of its complement, find the measure of the angle.

Let the angle be x
Complement of x is (90° – x)
Given x = 1/2 × (90° – x) + 30°
⇒ 2x = (90° – x) + 60°
⇒ 3x = 150°

in figure abc is an isosceles triangle in which AB=AC

Given in ΔABC, AB = AC
⇒ ∠ABC = ∠ACB (Since angles opposite to equal sides are equal)
Also given that AD = AB
⇒ ∠ADC = ∠ACD (Since angles opposite t...

in a given figure / POR and / QOR form a leaner pair if a-b-=80 find the value of a and b.[lease its urgent i dont have time}

a - b = 80
a + b = 180
a = 80 + b
putting 80 + b in place of a
80 + b + b = 180
80 + 2b =180
2b = 180 - 80
2b = 100
  b = 50
