microphyll- a type of plant leaf with one single unbranched leaf vien e.g. in moss
macrophyll- leaf with more than one vein associated with a gap in central stele  Also called as megaphyll. e.g. gymnosperms , angiosperms, true ferns.

sporophyll- leaf that beara sporangia. both microphylls and megaphylls can be sporophylls
