Due to increase in the price of sugsr by 25%, by how much percent must a householder

due to increase in the price of sugsr by 25%,by how much percent must  a householder decrease the consumption of sugar so that there is no increase in the expenditure on sugar?

If the price of a commodity increases by R%, then the reduction in consumption so as not to increase the expenditure is
Here R% = 25%
Hence % decrease in the consumption of sugar
