Plant body is thallus. It is not differentiated into root, stem and leaves. Plant body does not have true roots, stems and leaves but shows root like and leaf-like structures. Plants have true roots, stems and leaves.
There is no vascular system (i.e., conducting tissue which can transport water, minerals and food. True vascular system is absent. True vascular system is present.
