Possessive Pronouns
The pronouns mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, theirs are possessive pronouns. They are also personal pronouns.

Examples

1.The pen is my pen.
   The pen is mine.

2. Is this your hat?
    Is this yours?

3.  His car is in the garage.
     His is in the garage.
   
4.. Her money has been paid.
    Hers has been paid.

5. Can you see their book?
   This one is theirs.

6. Our time has come.
   Ours has come.
