Online registration begins for CBSE classes 9 and 11

classes 9 & 11

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has begun the process of online registration for classes 9 and 11. The process is for schools affiliated with CBSE, for 2017-18.

The board has issued a notification, according to which all affiliated schools have to register before they conduct online admission. They have to enter the Aadhaar  numbers of all their students. They can provide bank details instead, in case Aadhaar is not mandatory in their states.

Requirements

The CBSE has not specified any minimum age for the students. However, the students have to meet the age limit requirements set by the governments of the states/union territories of their location.

Schools have to check the subject combinations of all students, before submitting the details online.

Recently affiliated schools can get in touch with their Regional CBSE Office to get the password, and then change it and log in.
