Reservation for OBCs in NCERT talent search exams now

The talent search exams that NCERT conducts (NTSE) will now have reservation for OBC students now. The second stage of the exam will have the reservation.
This reservation will take effect from 2019, as the procedure for NTSE 2018 has begun already.
The amount of scholarship will increase to Rs. 1250 for students of classes 11 and 12.
The government of India established the talent search exam in 1961.
